MISSED APPOINTMENTS

Medcom Health Services works hard to schedule your appointment so that you will be seen promptly, courteously, and professionally. When a patient fails to show up for a scheduled appointment, it can have a detrimental effect on the schedules of our other patients. There will be a $20 charge for failing to keep your appointment, physical, or procedure. If you cannot keep an appointment, please call at least 24 hours in advance to avoid the $20 charge.

GENERAL APPOINTMENT POLICIES

Patients are seen Monday through Friday, with varying hours for each office. Our offices are closed on Memorial Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Day. If you are unable to keep your appointment, it must be cancelled 24 hours in advance. If you do not show up for your appointment and did not call to cancel, it is office policy to add a no-show charge of $20 to your account.

REFERRAL POLICY

Medcom Health Services wants to work with you and your insurance company.

Please use the following guidelines to receive the best service:

- There will be no out-of-plan referrals with any insurance.

- There will be no past-dated referrals and no service will be authorized after it is performed. To prevent such a situation, please contact our office 5 business days before the scheduled visit.
