GENERAL APPOINTMENT POLICIES
Patients are seen Monday through Friday, with varying hours for each office. Our offices are closed on Memorial Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Day. If you are unable to keep your appointment, it must be cancelled 24 hours in advance. No show and cancelled appointments will have $20 charged to their account.
REFERRAL POLICY
Medcom Health Services wants to work with you and your insurance company.
Please use the following guidelines to receive the best service:
– No out-of-plan referrals will be accepted with any insurance.
– We cannot accept past dated referrals nor provide service unless the referral is current. To prevent such a situation, please contact our office 3 business days before the scheduled visit.
