Medcom Health Services works hard to schedule your appointment so that you will be seen promptly, courteously, and professionally. When a patient fails to show up for a scheduled appointment, it can have a detrimental effect on the schedules of our other patients. There will be a $20 charge for failing to keep your appointment, physical, or procedure. If you cannot keep an appointment, please call at least 24 hours in advance to avoid the $20 charge.

For a specialist visit or special testing, please call our office one day in advance for further information or any special instructions.

GENERAL APPOINTMENT POLICIES

Patients are seen Monday through Friday, with varying hours for each office. Our offices are closed on Memorial Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Day. If you are unable to keep your appointment, it must be cancelled 24 hours in advance. No show and cancelled appointments will have $20 charged to their account.

REFERRAL POLICY

Medcom Health Services wants to work with you and your insurance company.

Please use the following guidelines to receive the best service:

– No out-of-plan referrals will be accepted with any insurance.

– We cannot accept post dated referrals nor provide service unless the referral is current. To prevent such a situation, please contact our office 3 business days before the scheduled visit.
